Everyone needs a good accountant – businesses, nonprofit organizations, governments, individuals, all have taxes and other financial problems that need to be solved. Getting the wrong consultant could lead to disaster and legal repercussions. Your choice is Sandra Moore – MS, IRS CAA.
With the status as an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) certifying acceptance agent, Sandra can help foreign firms and individuals obtain their Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or their Employer Identification Number (EIN) by certifying their documents. Her services do not end there; she can also provide assistance with income tax preparation, for both corporates and individuals and help new companies get started on the incorporation process and get themselves registered.
We help clients form Corporations (C-corp, S-corp, Professional Corporations, etc) and LLCs and maintain their business entities in corporate compliance in all 50 states.
Tax Do It provides individual and corporate income tax preparation. Our goal is to make the preparation process as easy as possible for you and minimize your tax liability with careful planning.
Tax Do It helps the nonresident aliens and those who have no right for SSN application to get ITIN number and create their Company at the state level and obtain the EIN on the federal level.
An IRS Acceptance Agent is a person or organization who is authorized by the IRS to help taxpayers obtain an ITIN.
This IRS representative has the power to review ITIN applications and issue an ITIN to any qualified individual who is not eligible for a social security number. IRS Acceptance Agents send a completed W-7 form, a certificate of accuracy, copies of required documents, and tax return information or exception documents to the IRS.
An ITIN, or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, is a tax processing number only available for certain nonresident and resident aliens, their spouses, and dependents who cannot get a Social Security Number (SSN). It is a 9-digit number, beginning with the number “9”, formatted like an SSN (NNN-NN-NNNN). ITIN is solely used for tax purposes. It does not qualify you for Social Security benefits, authorize work in the U.S, or qualify a dependent for Earned Income Tax Credit Purposes.
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a federal tax identification number, and is used to identify a business entity.
Sandra was knowledgeable and professional. She made timely responses to all my requests. She was easy to work with and very accommodating. Simply put, Sandra is an asset to any organization.

Individual Tax Preparation
Sandra is awesome! She helped my relative who lived in the US without documents to get a Tax id number without sending a passport or attending the IRS office. Getting this tax id and filing income taxes was extremely helpful for legalization. Thank you very much again!
